
Flexibility with time off and bank hours
The feeling of accomplishment when doing something I love and being recognized for it.
Some team members are great and work well together. However, there are some that are terrible to work with and they get away with some much incompetence.
There are some in leadership that do a wonderful job engaging with team members and staying visible. Others are not visible and some make judgements or assumptions without validating all sides, which causes inaccurate perceptions.
Because when promoted, there is no pay increase and you have to trust that each year they are accounting for an adjustment to get someone in the proper range. Also, there are some people hired at higher wages off the bat some I feel if you have been here for a while, you may be paid lower.
