We have a team that works well together and despite the workload or ask of the team we pull together to make sure that we are helping our customers and each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team creates a space where I can ask questions and learn. They provide clear direction on expectations and most importantly they are approachable. I am engaged in my day-to-day work and love working here because of my leadership team.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I like that I was interviewed by multiple team members. This made me feel like the teams view and experience was just as important as the hiring manager. It also provides space for the candidate to meet people that they would potentially be working with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture of the company is great because we have a team of teams approach which means that we work together across departments to solve problems. This creates an open and positive experience. We have a culture of learning where everyone is willing to step in and help others learn.
