From the first interview I knew I wanted to be part of Esri. Everything worked out perfectly and I am very happy with my decision to work here. I have the opportunity to work with great people from whom I can learn, and I have the opportunity to develop professionally but also personally.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Feeling integrated, openness of the colleagues, not being afraid to ask for help/ guidance.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing what a great atmosphere and great colleagues are waiting for me at the office is what makes me happy! Of course, I also love my work, and that makes me happy too.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I really like the atmosphere we have in our office, and I really appreciate my colleagues. I felt very welcome and integrated, and I really enjoy working with them as a team, having lunch break with them or even the activities after work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I would say that every compensation it's a plus but one of my favorites it's about the mobility compensation. And I am referring to the monthly public transport subscription and to the gym club subscription. That means the health of the employees it's important to the employer.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like most about the leadership team is that I feel that I am listened to, that my opinion counts, and I have never been treated as another new colleague, but as an equal from day one. I feel that I can bring topics that matter into the discussion and the way we communicate is productive.
