They make me feel welcome and appreciated for everything I do for them. My team consists of great people who are knowledgeable and always keen to help.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fact that everyone I met is happy to help and answer the strangest questions a new hire like me can ask. There's no judgement and I am often reminded that "No question is a silly question."
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to correctly answer questions, resolve issues and generally help people be comfortable and ready to work. I am happy knowing that all of my efforts are appreciated and people genuinely value everything I do for them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My Line Manager has been very helpful in making me feel welcome to the team. They are attentive to my thoughts to improve processes and dynamics within the team. My questions are always answered and my personal and professional growth is always supported.
