What are some of the best things about your team?
I work with a talented, smart, and hardworking team. When we have our team meetings I am always in awe of how vocal and collaborative everyone in the team is. We have been able to build a community where everyone on the team is heard and able to speak up.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate that my leadership encourages growth and goals. They also give me the tools that I need to reach the goals we set together. I like that if there is ever something I don't understand that we are able to set time aside to ensure I better understand the job.
