What are some of the best things about your team?
My team members have positive attitudes, are reliable, give good feedback, take initiative, and are respectful.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is personable and approachable. I really enjoy being able to take time off and 99% of the time being approved. We are encouraged to take our vacations!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company is interested in employee's well-being. Respect, support, and trust is now common, when 10 years ago it was lacking. I have seen the company take steps to improve the culture.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am nearly at base salary for my job title. There were times when I did not meet minimum salary (double minimum wage) and was notified that my pay would be increased to meet the minimum. A complicated product and consistently receiving exceeding expectations I expect to earn mid-range at minimum.
