Friendly, flexible, peers and upper management are easy to work with.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Medical benefits cover a vast majority of expenses. Plus, there is no payroll deductions related to medical and dental coverage.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Flexibility towards my personal life. Hands off management style. I can do my job without feeling that I am being watched. That trust is a two way street.
What makes you most happy at work?
Enjoy my work, there is no pressure in this environment. My side of the situation is I need to accomplish my tasks and I don't have management looking over my shoulder. Management lends tremendous trust in their employees to get work done without watching employees.
