What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Curiosity towards our customers and colleagues. Familial atmosphere is also something that is strongly fostered and that gives a feel of a smaller company than we really area.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are very international, highly skilled, relatively young and that offers a great variety of experiences broadening everyone's perspective. Also, we understand when and how hard we need to work to deliver top-quality products.
What makes you most happy at work?
That I can cooperate, learn and contribute with and from my colleagues. We make each other better and more skilled constantly. Sharing the expertise allows us to be great at what we do and when the work is done, we know how to enjoy ourselves together too.
