One thing I admire about the leadership team is their ability to listen and embrace change. I appreciate their ambition to improve the company and pursue innovation.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There are many things that I like about my compensation. I think our benefits are very helpful for the person and the family, also, getting paid by the hour is wonderful too.

My team is wonderful. They all contribute with their diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We hire amazing people and a large reason why I have been at Esri as long as I have.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people who work at Esri are amazing and create the culture. We all take pride in our work and do our best to help our customers. This is what makes our culture wonderful.
What makes you most happy at work?
The greatest source of satisfaction for me at work is when my team performs exceptionally well in their areas of expertise. Whether it's securing new contracts or overcoming obstacles in our technology. At the end of the day feeling happy when my team does well.
