Overall I have had an Amazing experience at Esri and honestly do not see myself leaving anytime soon. Everyone has been so welcoming and open in helping me learn and grow and I feel like I have found a goof sense of community
What is the best part about your compensation package?
For me the two best things about our compensation package is the work life balance that is offered, our 401K, and also merit every year
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone really truly enjoys their job and wants to be here and because of that we have an awesome culture in the office that revolves around community and open communication
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that the leadership team is so invested in us as humans. They want us to be successful and to always be learning and growing! Its a very collaborative workspace!
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very collaborative despite being young I feel like a valuable member of the team and they are always willing to help me! My team really pushes me to learn and grow in such an encouraging way
What makes you most happy at work?
I think not only getting to see the amazing work we are doing play out but getting to collaborate and work with my team. I feel like I am constantly learning and growing as a person which makes me really happy at work and the work we are doing exciting
