Team is open and friendly and continues to work with each other to grow.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Clearer individual visions to help achieve the overall vision. A lot of work is open ended, self motivated, and created. That work is barely tracked or compensated adequately.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Cost of living is increasing nationwide and particularly even more so in Esri head quarters. Jack/Executive leadership continues to buy more office space when workers would prefer to work from home and then use excuses for minimal pay increase, even though company is continually profitable.
