Overall very positive. A happy, low-stress work environment with great colleagues, working on a genuinely useful product that makes the world a better place. But, our management is weak and uncreative, and we would make better software if some of these issues could be improved upon.

Everyone is committed to the company's overall mission and genuinely cares about making good quality, useful software.

Contributing meaningfully to a valuable product; contributing the expertise I've built up over many years working on this product; finding clever and efficient ways to ensure good software quality
What are some of the best things about your team?
Easy-going, low drama team. Everyone is competent and committed. Lots of freedom to pursue our interests, set our own work goals, and run projects. Everyone is very self-motivated.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is helpful and works as a team. Nobody is unapproachable or competitive. Everyone genuinely cares about producing good software that is valuable to our customers and the world. I also really appreciate the flexible work environment - freedom with hours; good work-life balance.
