Flexibility, work-life balance, sense stability, user engagement and company goals in the kind of products we build which are more for constructive purposes and not like another social media app .
What makes you most happy at work?
Interesting problems to solve at various levels - couching, being in a position to impact multiple teams by solving their problems by unblocking them, providing direction, help them navigate complex systems. Interacting with well balanced team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Agile development with ever-lasting backlog of user driven requirements and challenges to solve. I also like the fact that we are always stay grounded in reality with user interaction and is both gratifying and accelerating keeping up the excitement round the year. Flexibility in work-life balance.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
User driven software development - by staying in touch with users round the year through conferences, being able to track user sentiment, gauge user requirement temperature that provide us purpose and inspiration to build software and stay relevant and useful. Jack vision enables all of above.
