We collaborate really well, and they are amazingly talented in what they do.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team truly believes in our product and the good it does in the world.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People stay at Esri because they believe our software does good in the world. They are therefore very motivated to work hard and make the best product possible.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are paid comparable to a GIS company and not the software company that we are. We also only get merit increases and not cost of living increases, so with the large increase in cost from inflation our salary value has not kept up.
