Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I've been here for over 17 years. I have a friend from college who went to work in Silicon Valley and has been through multiple jobs and multiple companies, and survived layoffs, only to deal with survivor's guilt. I have had zero of that added stress in my life.

It's competitive in the market.

Solving challenging problems in a positive environment with great people.

Health care included. That is a fortune if you bought is separately.

I love the welcoming atmosphere and great engineers I get to work with daily.

I love writing code, and I love my coworkers. It's a pleasure to work with them and make great software together.

My manager always sets aside time for me when I need it. He is also invested in helping me grow my career.

They work hard, not just sit around and earn big paychecks while the rest of the company puts in the hard work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have friendly and open competition, but nobody is trying to backstab anyone or climb over others on their way to a promotion.

My manager gives me the autonomy to get my work done. He trusts me, and that makes me work even harder to make sure I am earning that trust.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My colleagues are the best part of working here. I do not dread having to deal with 'that one person'. Every company has 'that one person', but I haven't seen them here.
