A flat hierarchy, that emphasises on skills and initiative of individuals, rather than job titles and status. Teams are given space and ownership to make the best decisions within their area of expertise rather than being told what do and how to do it.

What are some of the best things about your team?

No hierarchy, team members are able to vioce their opinions openly. On our team we try to have "T-shaped" contributors, meaning people are encouraged to work across the bounderies of their expertise, to develop a diverse set of skills and to collaborate with others inside and outside the team.
