What is the best part about your compensation package?
As a contractor working full-time with Esri, my compensation package consists only of my salary, which is good for my region.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Calm culture, good integrity and commitment to the job, everybody is willing to help each other and there is a good level of socialization without anybody crossing boundaries
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is not a push to work more than necessary. There is a sense that everybody is working together. Everybody is viewed as a local expert and nobody is seen as a less capable employee
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Regular performance assessments and salary adjustments help to feel like my career is progressing. The company culture overall is relaxed and does not encourage work out of hours, instead encouraging using holidays and sick days as they should be used.
