We are all here to do great work to the best of our abilities, helping each other along the way, without getting stressed, overworked, or forced into overtime.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
While we appreciate the verbal/written recognition and career opportunities, our salaries remain below industry standards. A true reflection of our value would be competitive compensation and it would have a more profound impact on our job satisfaction and loyalty to the company.
