Compared to market the compensation is lower end. Match the average compensation for the level is better

I am happy at the company it let us take the time we need and lets us decide when to work and how much to work
What do you like best about the leadership team?
As an employee, I get full freedom the way I can better work at the office. Flexible timing, Though the freedom in decision making is restricted at the team level. But it is encouraged to share the thoughts
