As a relatively new employee (June 2024), this has been the best career decision of my life to come and work for Esri. You may find higher paying roles elsewhere, but the quality of life and positive atmosphere here make this an incredible place to work each day. Training was extensive and thorough!

Compensation is fair and benefits are excellent. Yearly bonus is good
What do you like best about the leadership team?
This is the most competent team I have ever worked on in my professional career. Great leadership who want to see their employees taken care of and grow in their specific field.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy my job, the people I am surrounded by, and the daily implementation to improve upon our practices to ensure quality from the employee side to the user and customer side.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people and company overall have a very friendly and helpful mindset. The company's philosophy provides depth and value to a meaningful career in GIS software / training. We can see the impact it has around the world and it creates a culture worth coming into each week.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team has been incredible to collaborate with, trying anything I bring to the table, as long as it's a practical or realistic process. Open minded individuals who want their team to be successful so support is ALWAYS there. When I need help, it is provided quickly and in a friendly manner.
