Healthcare for me and my family is paid 100%. We also have profit-sharing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They lead by example. Everyone has everyone's back and they truly care about everyone's experience and that you are happy here. Nobody is above any kind of work and everyone gets their hands dirty.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The campus is beautiful and there are plenty of places to take breaks and walk outside or find a nice spot to work outside for a bit in the shade under a tree, weather permitting.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everybody does everything so no work is below a pay-grade. There are no egos here and the people have been vetted to make sure that they are team players and willing to be part of a family that supports each other 100%.
