Anything I say would not do it justice. I was completely burned out on corporate America prior to Esri. It's been wonderful and revitalized me.

Different types of people and different cultures. Everyone I have came across has been sincere.

Company culture is great. The folks here are focused on doing what is best for our clients.

I do not dread Sundays like I used to previously before Esri. I enjoy interacting with clients and colleagues.

The work I do. Our customers like and appreciate us. I have worked at places where customers do not like or appreciate. It's terrible.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Conservative, thoughtful approach to the strategy of the company. A colleague of mine even received a random phone call from the CEO to thank him for the good work he is doing after a good review from a customer was sent.
