Esri has been life changing for me. As my first real corporate job out of college, I expected the typical 9-5 cubicle routine. However, the vibrant and ever-changing environment has totally changed my perspective, and I hope to stay with Esri and move up over the course of my career.
What is the best part about your compensation package?

I enjoy how positive the work environment is. I come into work every day and in addition to my work, I can count on a cheerful conversation with at least one of my coworkers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I appreciate how in line with company values everyone is. From what I have experienced in my first month, everyone feels enthusiastic and excited about the work we are doing at Esri - it's really refreshing!
What makes you most happy at work?
I am always happy to do quality work. Being at a company that not only encourages, but rewards quality work is so invigorating. It drives me forward and makes me want to bring 110% to my job every day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate that my exec team leads with compassion and by example. They get to know you as a person and as an employee, highlighting the "team of teams" culture at Esri. Likewise, the execs also hold themselves to the same standard that they hold others to, ensuring quality work across the board.
