The team is incredibly supportive and always make me feel valued. They're genuinely kind and go out of their way to include me in conversations, which help me feel connected and never left out.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe the best part of my compensation package is the benefits. It's great that the company covers dental, health and vision for me, and also provides dental and health coverage for my family. I also really appreciate the tuition reimbursement program.
