More clarity and consistency around how compensation aligns with responsibilities and market standards would help employees feel more valued.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing the product grow and improve over time makes me happiest at work. It's rewarding to know my contributions help make the experience better for our users.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I'd love to see more cross-functional connection and knowledge sharing. We have so much talent across teams, but sometimes the silos make it harder to see how our efforts connect.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate that Esri's leadership emphasizes long-term thinking and a mission-driven culture. Their focus on using technology to make a positive impact in communities creates a sense of purpose in what we do.
