They make an attempt to be transparent.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I learn something new, which is always happening, and the clean, modern facilities.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
At the very least, raises should keep up with cost of living / inflation. We wear many hats without the compensation for some of those hats.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Engagement in meetings is lacking so it's difficult to gauge thoughts/opinions. At the other end with those that speak, there's a lot of fluff and beating around the bush.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is willing to help. We all keep the environment in mind for the most part. The physical environment is an island, lush with greenery and pleasant to stroll around.
