What makes you most happy at work?

Flexibility. Being able to work from home or the office.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We all have each other's backs. There is no toxic infighting or competitive bickering here. We all want to thrive and we all want each other to thrive.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They truly care about employees' well-being and aren't hung-up on petty things that so many other jobs out there get stuck on. They understand work-life balance and that this job isn't the center of the universe. We are adults, and are treated and respected as such.
