Leadership team is accessible, provide guidance and advice, yet are not micro-managers

We are a team, but also much more like a family. We all care about each other and help each other out.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Esri's Insurance - Both Children, now adults, where born while I was employed with Esri. All the care for 30 years has been taken care of. And the 401(k) profit sharing.
