It has been a bumpy ride with some high highs and some very low lows. I value the people I work with and the work we do, but it has come at a cost for me personally, and I am not sure it is worth the price.

Our department has some very dedicated employees that will jump in to help anyone with whatever they need.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My department has some great employees, but other departments have some very lazy employees that don't seem to do much.
