The benefits are good but the issues I have been facing have been outweighing the good.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

It feels too cliquey and not welcome to talk to anybody. They act as if they are too busy to be bothered to talk to you and interactions seemed forced.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There is no actual support when trying to develop in my role/career. I have been asking what I need to do to reach the next level and keep being told HR no longer does work terms or that more needs to be added to it to be coordinator. I feel discarded and today being my esriversary- everyone forgot.

What makes you most happy at work?

I like my job and position but those around me leave me exhausted. I love working with those from different depts and they seem to have different experiences about working here. I am truly the most happy here when it is the end of the day and I get to go home to those who actually care for me.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Favoritism seems to be pretty frequent at least in my dept and building. I have heard that the rest of esri is better than my dept so I am trying to find a new team because as of now I do not have positive things to say about this company and how they treat their employees especially if they are poc
