I work with a team that is invested in user success
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is small but mighty. We all wear multiple hats and are not afraid of learning new things.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Some of the leadership team is dialed in to what we do/where we want to go and are supportive of development teams
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
From the software side of things, we do not like to rush fixes. If they aren't done properly, we will always push it to a later date to get quality fixes installed instead of rushed fixes.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
If we're also including benefits, I love that the company is willing to pay for our health care and for our significant others, not just spouses. If we're talking about only monetary, I love that there is 401k matching
