I love the open door policy. I love how helpful they are and how they make everyone on the team feel inclusive always

They are very great to work with. They are very helpful as well and they are quick to step in whenever they is a need. i really enjoy the team synergy.
What makes you most happy at work?
The challenges i get to solve. No two days are alike. I am very happy to work on these challenges daily and to contribute my quota towards making my team successful daily.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the fact that my organization pays over 90 percent of our health Insurance. I also love the fact every extra effort we put in above and beyond the call of duty is appreciated both in words, actions and through great compensation packages
