Everyone taking initiative to help and get to know you. Also willing to share knowledge rather than keep to themselves in order to get ahead.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They were very welcoming and understanding that work life balance is important. The information presented in Onboarding was one of the most organized programs I have ever participate in.
