What is the best part about your compensation package?
As an exempt worker, the ability to "bank" excess hours worked.
What makes you most happy at work?
I appreciate that I'm able to work at a good company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There's a lot of greenery and they seem to enjoy nature and conservation.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They value the input and judgement of other employees no matter where in the corporate hierarchy they happen to be in.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
It doesn't have anything to do with them personally. I'm just new and awkward. It will probably fix itself in time.
