I believe the compensation package is appropriate and well balanced. I am still becoming familiar with how the timecard process works, but I appreciate that additional hours are recognized and compensated separately.

What makes me happiest at work is having a clear sense of purpose, learning from talented colleagues, and helping customers and partners solve meaningful challenges. I also value building trusted relationships and seeing ideas turn into real, positive impact.
