I'm not being paid what I should be for my level of experience, the amount I offer the company and the additional stretch projects that I am working on outside of my remit

I think I work extremely hard and provide a great benefit to the business, but my salary is on the lower end of the spectrum. Particularly living in NYC, it is difficult.

What I liked most about the interview process was how communicative and responsive the HR team was. They were always available to answer my questions, which made the experience smooth and transparent.
