What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Try to sincerely listen to the frontliners like us, the part of the lowest level of the ladder before implementing inconsiderably idealistic type of change wanted to be implemented in a snap.

A salary increases at least once a year. I don't receive the opportunity to be considered for an internal bonus.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We are losing logos as a country, this seems negative as we are losing our jobs to another Foundever in the region due costs. I don't really know how this could change as it is a bussines after all.

Have the employees especially the ones who are doing the dirty job for the higher management be heard. Truly be heard and have us feel we are significant. Unlike how our senior managers and up let us feel.
