Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think that on the current market the base salary have been increasing on a low pace and the inflation of living have increase more. In a analitic review I have been lossing economic power

Grades are not equal across businesses and responsibilities.

I think that for those emplyees that focus on create best eficient process are not evaluated as different as those that do just the work. Also the increase of the salary dont compesate the inflacionary effect of the country and in some case it feels that the salary is been reduce.

People with similar position in the market are getting better salary than us, better benefits. No good career opportunities, opportunities are not equal to all the Countries. The Company is not focused on retaining talent but in reducing costs.
