Listening to the employees, and stop being like every other healthcare company out there (they used to be great, different from the rest), and realize that without their employees, they wouldn't be where they are now, and, they need to stop taking things away and start paying people their worth.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My position isnt on a pay grid. Do I'm at a stand still wage wise except for my yearly raise and there are aides making almost as much as me.

Nobody acts like they care about employees or how hard good ones try. They barely even notice people who are horrible and don't care about their jobs

we no longer receive raises. As healthcare keeps becoming more expensive, and our company charges more because of that, they are rewarding their employees less, and making them pay more, for benefits, for clinical education that used to be free for all, that's no longer free if you're less than FT.

We try to adapt each day's activities and gatherings to the individual and collective situations we face each day.

There are good aides but the manager doesnt make them want to work at 100 percent of their potential

The company is wonderful. The current manager calls aides stupid and lazy when they are anything but.
