Devan Winton is my supervisor and she is very supportive and helpful. The no calls out or no calling or emailing the warehouse is a bit frustrating. We need to be able to call the vendors and carriers because they take too long to respond back.

I feel that I spend a lot of time trying to get all my work done. I really investigate to try to help the customers. I don't feel rushing us off wrap up or counting how long a call takes is fair and i feel it effects our efforts in helping our customers. I honestly try to do all I can to help.
