They provide an environment where your voice can be heard. We have Friday lunch meetings as a company and are kept well informed of company initiatives.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
We are an ESOP and I have been granted shares in the company every year I have been here. We are also included in profit sharing. Last year everyone received equal to 30% of their annual compensation as an additional profit sharing.

Everyone gets their work done while managing to still have fun

When you accomplish something, such as finishing a project, people in the company go out of their way to congratulate you and make sure that you feel appreciated.
