There are days I love my jobs and days I do not. Overall I am happy with the company but recently I have been less satisfied due to pressure being put on the services departments to cover up products being deployed too quickly.

The leadership team is very in touch with the employees. They have Town Hall meetings twice a month that are just like check-ins, but it's nice to hear from the CEO so frequently.

The leadership team is very visible & approchable. When we were all in the office (pre-covid), leadership is not "hidden" in big offices, etc. they are out-and-about in the office and genuinely interact and are involved in the day-to-day of employee lives. They go to company events, big or small.

Transparency and easy to communicate with/voice your opinion with. They are open to listening to all employees and I do genuinely think they want to get to know each employee. They will send personal "thank you" or "good luck" emails. I am also impressed with the information being provided for COVID

Relating to the people who work for them. Understanding what they don't know by reaching outside their immediate circle deliberately. Town Halls are nice, but they're never really a dialogue. Calling HSTMers is nice, but starting at the top of the seniority chart is a bad optic and a bad strategy.

Benefits are very reasonably priced. We have alot of other unexpected benefits as well, such as reimbursement for gyms and for tech, such as home internet & cell phone plans.

We are very close-knit. There is no attitude of "clocking in and out". Our relationships span outside of the office, which is nice. I've had several employees offer to come with me to personal appointments, as a support system. People genuinely care about your personal and professional wellbeing.
