Honeywell has a general belief that you don't have to pay market you can be cheaper because of the Honeywell brand name. This might be true in legacy businesses but in the digital space Honeywell has no brand.

Optimistic, energetic and knowledgeable members exist, and are about 20% of the workforce. Many others are simply overwhelmed by the complexity of the corporation.
