Santa Barbara can be a tough place to work given the high cost of living, but my direct managers and executives are very thoughtful about identifying fair comp structures based on performance metrics. The annual OKR bonus is a nice boost at the end of the year also.

My favorite thing about the culture is that it's real. By that, I mean there are no cliques, no gossip, no drama, and people take a vested interest each other. I feel comfortable going to a 1x1 lunch with anyone in the company. There are a lot of opportunities to socialize which helps bond people.
