What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is comprised of both seasoned & mid-career personnel. I see them all working on one accord to drive create a company that we all can be VERY proud of. I especially love that the global leadership team is very inclusive of both women & men.

Santa Barbara can be a tough place to work given the high cost of living, but my direct managers and executives are very thoughtful about identifying fair comp structures based on performance metrics. The annual OKR bonus is a nice boost at the end of the year also.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
From an industry average perspective, we at Impact could receive a higher salary. Too many folks have left Impact or leveraged outside offers in salary negotiations.

My favorite thing about the culture is that it's real. By that, I mean there are no cliques, no gossip, no drama, and people take a vested interest each other. I feel comfortable going to a 1x1 lunch with anyone in the company. There are a lot of opportunities to socialize which helps bond people.
