I am being paid below my market value based on my education and professional experience. I would be willing to take on more strategic work for an increase in pay. If my role offered more flexible work models (hybrid), I would be more open to the lower pay.

I am paid at a lower level than my responsibilities and my skill set. I would feel better about being utilized in a way that helps develop/train and prep team members for larger scope goals. Along with this being compensation that is in alignment with the level of experience and expertise I bring.

I was told upon hire certain there were additional compensation opportunities, that have not come to fruition. I do believe the team is not comped appropriately for skill sets. However, I also believe in my leadership and trust in them.
