What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our current leadership team is a highly resilient, transparent, and driven group of people that truly seem to want what's best for their people AND the company. They are leading the way in solving some TOUGH problems and doing it with urgency and care.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
When I started at InV, we were a larger company, and the benefits were great THEN. Now, we are smaller and my benefits are the same. I feel incredibly lucky to have the benefits and perks that I do.

I don't think my compensation is in line with other companies of a similar stage, based on my duties and my experience

What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team has been through many iterations of InVision, and they continue to be committed and collaborative. I have never come across somebody at InV that wasn't helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to do whatever it takes to succeed.

It's truly a culture of growth, personal, professional, and as a company. We don't shy away from the tough things, and we do them all with empathy and care.

My relationships with the team are amazing, and though I do one job, I feel like every day is a surprise, and brings a new challenge, which keeps it exciting.
