What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel I am paid very fairly for the effort I put in and the unique experience I bring. Beyond the reaches of compensation, I genuinely feel valued here.

What are some of the best things about your team?
For the most part, everyone I have worked with here wants to work together towards a solution or improvement. Each person brings something different to the table and all of those things are generally valued and heard.

The amazing people make Keysight what it is, it is like a family.

That you can ask a question on anything about your job or the company without judgement. The CEO and leadership team are very assessible to us and make in person or video conferencing meetings to keep us up to date on current changes in the market and within our company.

Everyone is valued...you get paid for performance. If someone complains about Keysight and quits...I guarantee they most likely were not performing...they pay us to do our jobs...whether we go above and beyond is another story.

What did you like most about the interview process?
While it was very clearly an interview, I did not feel the pressure of an interview. It felt more like having a conversation with people who truly wanted to get to know me and how I operate within the given role.
