They are all aligned to our mission, it doesn't change frequently and rapidly, but they all understand the vision and mission very well, which is communicated from the top to the field.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
look for opportunities to enable and empower employees to take calculated risks when trying creative ways to develop business. Looks for ways to help foster this mindset, by removing the roadblocks that short circuit creativity. Establish that the status quo is not acceptable.

I think everyone would agree that the thing I liked most about the interview process was being offered a position. Other than that, I really did have to fight for the position I have. It was important to the hiring manager to select the right candidate not just a warm body.
