What do you like best about the leadership team?
That I can talk to anyone on the team, doesn't matter if they are in my department or not.

I don't always agree with the upper level decisions being made on how to reach our goals, but when it comes to caring for employees and fostering our growth, Levelset has always done an outstanding job of it.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited paid time off. This allows us to take personal time for family, travel, mental health, etc.

The salaries are fair, and encourage us to continue to work hard

The main benefits stem from auxiliary perks like travel stipends, time off, and gym memberships. Monetary compensation is lacking and I would feel uncomfortable approaching my bosses for a raise because it seems like a given they would say no.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wouldn't say I feel undervalued because I do feel valued, I would just say that we should revisit the compensation.

Being better compensated would make me feel better about my compensation. Make complex things simple.

People often take on extra responsibilities without a clear way to request compensation for their extra time and work. Pay raises and bonuses may take months to be fulfilled.

The people. Everyone that works here is so great and willing to help each other out

The single best thing is change is always embraced. The toxic "it's always been done this way" mentality, is the farthest thing from how Levelset operates and it's very refreshing to say the least.

What makes you most happy at work?
We have extreme flexibility on taking time off and other scheduling aspects and still accomplish 10x more here than any other company I've worked at.
