What is the best part about your compensation package?

Compensation Reviews

Unlimited paid time off. This allows us to take personal time for family, travel, mental health, etc.

The main benefits stem from auxiliary perks like travel stipends, time off, and gym memberships. Monetary compensation is lacking and I would feel uncomfortable approaching my bosses for a raise because it seems like a given they would say no.

The single best thing is change is always embraced. The toxic "it's always been done this way" mentality, is the farthest thing from how Levelset operates and it's very refreshing to say the least.

We have extreme flexibility on taking time off and other scheduling aspects and still accomplish 10x more here than any other company I've worked at.
